This Privacy Policy applies to the Shout It! mobile application (the "Application") created by Yanir Haim (the "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application may collect information when you download and use it. This information is used to operate the Application (for example, enabling online gameplay and maintaining game rooms), to improve the Application, and to display ads.

Information the Application Collects

• Automatically collected information, such as your device's Internet Protocol address (IP address), device identifiers (which may include an advertising ID), approximate device information (device model, OS version), and usage information (for example, screens visited and time spent).
• Gameplay and app content you create or share (for example, room codes, game state, and in-game actions), which may be stored on backend services to support online features.
• Authentication identifiers used to provide online functionality. The Application uses anonymous authentication for online play, which creates an anonymous user identifier.

The Application does not collect precise (GPS) location information.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. These services process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

When Information May Be Shared

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; and
• with trusted service providers (such as hosting and advertising providers) who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through your application marketplace.

Data Retention

The Service Provider will retain information for as long as needed to provide the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete data that may be associated with you, please contact them at yhaim2000@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information they process and maintain.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of the updated policy.
