Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the גיור360 mobile application (the "Application"), a private learning platform for the conversion (giyur) students of teacher Netanel Schwartz. The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you register and use it. This information is used solely to operate the Application — to identify you and let you sign in, to track your learning progress, to enable communication between student and teacher, and to improve the learning experience. The information is never sold or transferred to commercial third parties.

Information the Application Collects

• Name and phone number — used to identify you and sign you in to the Application.
• Learning data — your answers to lessons and exam simulations, scores, and progress, used to track your advancement through the conversion course.
• Messages — questions you send to the teacher and the teacher's notes and replies.
• Activity data — sign-in timestamps and learning-activity records.
• Documents you or the teacher upload as part of the learning process, where relevant.

The Application does not collect precise (GPS) location, your contacts, photos from your device, or any advertising data. The Application contains no ads, payments, in-app purchases, or credit-card collection.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services, which process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase — data storage and infrastructure. Your data is stored on Google servers in accordance with the Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Google Translate — when you use the translation feature, the text being translated is sent to Google's translation service.

When Information May Be Shared

The Service Provider may disclose information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; and
• with trusted service providers (such as the storage and infrastructure providers listed above) who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process available on your device or through your application marketplace.

Data Retention and Your Rights

The Service Provider will retain information for as long as needed to provide the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. In accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, you may at any time contact the Service Provider to view your personal information, correct inaccurate information, or delete your account from the system, at neta1313@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

If a student is a minor, use of the Application is subject to the consent of a parent or guardian. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children without such consent. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact the Service Provider so that appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud) servers, protected by Firebase security rules, access restricted to the authorized application only, and controlled permissions.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of the updated policy.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended.
